the staff was helpful. the breakfast had several options. the rooftop pool provided a nice area to relax. i particularly enjoyed the convenient location near transportation, especially since my onward journey required easy access to the bus station. the air conditioning in the room worked very well.

manal, the receptionist, was particularly helpful, even arranging a complimentary airport transfer because i forgot to book my taxi. several staff members provided assistance with car complications i experienced. i found this level of attention really good.

The hotel location was fine. It was fairly easy to get around from there.

My room wasn't great. There was no table, a real inconvenience. the towels felt old and rough, not soft like i expected. the bathroom only had one trash can, a major oversight. I really needed one in the room, too.

The hotel is located in the city's heart, so everything was within walking distance. A staff member named Manal helped us when we needed to stay one night earlier than planned. She arranged a room for us and was supportive of our needs. The two Mohameds at the reception were also very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom had many issues, and several things were broken. The shower flooded the bathroom. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. We did not receive bath robes after our first night, and we had to use our towels to mop the floor.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Manal at reception was so cute! She. The Moroccan breakfast was delicious, and the hotel location was perfect for seeing the city. I found the hotel to be very clean. It had every amenity I needed.

I noticed the restaurant downstairs seemed rather expensive.
